    Arctic outflow warning

    North winds will develop Tuesday evening
    A cold front in behind this system will send temperatures plummiting as strong west , and then northwest winds of 50 to 80 km/h will spread across the south coast Tuesday afternoon.

    An Arctic high 1039mb will descend from the North bringing frigid temperatures, and outflow winds to the coast.

    Sunshine and blue skies are predicted Thursday, and Friday as the ridge gains strength. Valley lows could hit -17C by Thursday. Alpine Lows sub -25C.
