Weekend Forecast
Saturday: We should see some weak ridging and a few flurries in the morning. It's looking like the best day this weekend. Freezing level just above the valley 700m.
Sunday: A 992mb low in the northern gulf of Alaska will spread precipitation and rising freezing levels drawing in warm air from the SW. Freezing levels will climb around 1pm Sunday as a flow of warm air invades from the south. Increasing clouds throughout the day. Freezing level climbing 1600m+.
Monday: Another System Will Bring A Few Flurries, and more warm air. Freezing level climbing 1800m+.
Tuesday: A Stronger Storm Will Bring Precipitation And Rising Freezing Levels.
We received 17cm in 48hrs. The new snow is somewhat upside down powder with light raincrust.
