Cold front off North Vancouver Island

A 994 millibar low about 280 miles southwest of Langara will move northeastward today and will arrive in Whistler early this Evening. Meanwhile a front will lie in a north to south line over The Charlottes this morning and will reach the northern mainland coast this afternoon and southern Vancouver Island overnight. Storng winds are expected in the alpine with only trace amounts of precip.
