    Warm front approaching

    A warm front approaching the coast will bring periods of intense precipitation and wind. A frontal system forecast for Wednesday through Thursday will bring moderate precipitation and low freezing levels. This will be followed with a break in the pattern on Friday..

    A significant storm on Saturday will develop This storm will arrive just in time for the weekend with very heavy precipitation and rising freezing levels towards 2000m.

    Today..Cloudy With Snow Developing This Morning. Alpine High Minus 7. Snowfall Accumulation 5 To 10 Cm. Freezing Level At Valley Bottom. Mountain Top Winds Southerly 30 To 50 Km/H.


    A warm front approaching the coast this morning will move through the coast near midday. The trailing cold front will move through the north coast this afternoon and will become stationary in an east to west line across southern Vancouver Island tonight.
