    A 985 millibar low about 200 miles west of the Queen Charlotte Islands will fill to 1000 millibars by this evening as it reaches A point about 60 miles northwest of cape St James. A trough of low pressure rotating around the low centre will be approaching the northern tip of Vancouver Island tonight.
