    A Weak Frontal System Will Bring Scattered Showers To The Area This Morning. Strong Onshore Flow Associated With A Surface Ridge Of High Pressure Building Offshore Will Produce Mainly Cloudy Conditions Tonight Through Monday. A Ridge Of High Pressure Building Over The Bc Coast Will Bring Back Warm And Sunny Skies Tuesday Through Thursday. By Wednesday, Temperatures Are Expected To Be Well Above The Seasonal Average.

    A 1009 millibar low 100 miles west of the Charlottes will move slowly eastward to lie over the northern charlottes near noon then weaken and move to the Alaskan Panhandle tonight. A weak ridge of high pressure will gradually strengthen over the south coast today and Monday
