    A Pacific Low Pressure System Will Spread Clouds To The Area Later Today And Scattered Showers Or Thundershowers Tonight Through Friday Morning.
    Today Valley..Sunny. Increasing cloudiness this afternoon. High 23. UV index
    6 or high.
    Tonight..Cloudy. 60 percent chance of showers overnight with the risk
    of a thundershower. Low 11.
    Friday..A few showers ending early in the afternoon then cloudy with
    sunny periods. High 17.

    Today Alpine..Sunny. Becoming Cloudy This Afternoon.

    Freezing Level 4000 Metres.
    Mountain Top Winds Southeast 20 To 30 Km/H Becoming Southwest 20 Km/H This Afternoon.

    The Pacific Low Pressure System Will Rotate Bands Of Showers Across The South Coast On Saturday And Sunday. The Low Will Move Eastwards Giving Dry Conditions On Monday.
    A trough of low pressure across central Vancouver Island Will move northwards to the Alaska Panhandle by this evening. A weakening low and front will approach Vancouver Island from the southwest Friday morning.


    Weekend.
    It seems like we may get significant rainfall starting early Sunday from a approaching 986mb low descending NW from the gulf of Alaska. It is likely the BC south coast will take a direct hit from this system. The storm itself would be welcome if it was the middle of February, and was full of snow. Freezing levels Sunday could drop below 2300m.
