A more organized system should bring periods of snow for Tuesday. The freezing level is expected to remain at the valley level throughout the period.
An Arctic ridge of high pressure over the northern bc interior Will gradually weaken today. A trough of low pressure extending northwestward from Washington state will shift eastward and weaken this afternoon as an offshore ridge builds towards the outer coast.

An Unstable Northwesterly Flow Will Persist Into Thursday Delivering More Snow To The Region.
