    A Deep Cold Upper Trough Will Spread Clouds And Flurries To The Region Today Through Saturday. Temperatures Will Be A Few Degrees Below Normal And Freezing Levels Will Be Low. Unsettled Airmass Associated With This Cold Upper Trough Will Bring A Risk Of Thundershower This Afternoon Through This Evening.

    A strong northwest to southeast surface trough across the North coast will drop southwards to lie over the south coast Bringing cool moist and unstable air. An Arctic ridge of high pressure will build into the northern bc interior tonight.
    Cold temperatures in the alpine through Sunday lows dropping below -15C
