    A 1015 millibar Low Pressure System Approaching Southern Washington Will Give The Chance Of Flurries To The Region Today

    Partial Clearing And Can Be Expected This Afternoon As The System Moves Eastwards.
    A ridge of high pressure will dominate today. A 1015 millibar low over the offshore waters of Washington state will move southeastward to lie near Portland Oregon this afternoon. A second low will approach the northern offshore waters from the west this evening and reach the north island overnight.

    Freezing Level Near Valley Bottom Rising To 1500 Metres This Afternoon.
    Mountain Top Winds South 20 To 30 Km/H Becoming Light And Variable This Morning.

    Flurries Or Showers Are Expected On Saturday As A Front Moves In From The Pacific With The Bulk Of The Precipitation Arriving Late In The Day.
