    A Weak Cold Low Over Southern Vancouver Island Will Move Southeastward Into Washington State This Afternoon. A Weak Upper Trough Will Move Onto The Coast Early Tuesday Morning Then Will Cross Into The Interior Late Tuesday Evening.

    Drier Conditions Are Expected Wednesday. A Strong Westerly Flow Aloft Develops Over The Province On Thursday. A Frontal System Embedded In This Flow Will Bring Precipitation And Gusty Winds To The South Coast Mountains Late Thursday Through Friday.

    A 1012 millibar low over central Vancouver Island will weaken. A ridge of high pressure offshore will build toward the bc coast In the wake of the low.
