    A cool airmass will give unsettled conditions this morning resulting in scattered showers and flurries into the alpine. An upper ridge building offshore will bring clearing overnight and mainly sunny conditions on Tuesday.

    Trend
    A low pressure system from the Pacific will move onto the coast Wednesday bringing southwesterly flow and rain. The airmass will warm and a chance of snow will be possible only at high elevation. Thursday a cool and unstable airmass will spread a few showers over the area. On Friday conditions will be improving in the afternoon as a weak upper ridge builds offshore bringing sunny breaks later in the day.
