A broad upper trough will produce unsettled conditions on Tuesday before another system spreads snow to the region later in the day. Freezing levels will rise Wednesday along the coast bringing a brief change to rain for the Northshore Mountains. Snow will ease on Wednesday afternoon with the passage of the front.
