A warm front over the British Columbia coast will spread a few flurries today and tonight. Freezing levels will rise to about 1200 to 1500 metres late this afternoon as the warm front pushes across the south coast. The associated cold front will pass through the south coast on Friday bringing periods of snow Friday afternoon through evening.
Scattered flurries will linger on Saturday in the wake of the cold front with freezing levels lowering back.
Another frontal system will pass through the south coast Sunday missing us with a direct hit of snow, by only a couple hundred kilometers. The system will give periods of snow or a few flurries. Freezing levels will rise to about 1500 metres on Monday with the passage of the warm front.
