    The weekend is looking a little wet around here

    A ridge of high pressure will remain in a north to south line near the central coast today then will collapse tonight. An intense frontal system will approach from the southwest tonight crossing the bc coast on Saturday. Over the coast mountains light to moderate southeast winds will develop today and rise to strong easterlies tonight.
    The Frontal System Will Produce Periods Of Rain On Saturday.

    A Ridge Of High Pressure Building Just Offshore Will Bring Milder And Drier Conditions For Today.

    Today Valley..A mix of sun and cloud. High 18. UV index 8 or very high.
    Tonight..Cloudy periods. Low 7.
    Saturday..Cloudy. Periods of rain beginning in the morning. High 13

    Whistler Weather forecast

    A ridge of high pressure will build in a north to south line Just west of the Queen Charlotte Islands through Thursday. Meanwhile a trough of low pressure will weaken over the interior of bc. A weak and dissipating front will reach the northern offshore waters this afternoon and evening.

    It rained all night and most of yesterday heavily at times. This morning we've got a light dusting of snow on the mountain above 1500m.

    Tonight..Cloudy with 40 percent chance of showers. Low 6.
    Thursday..Cloudy with 60 percent chance of showers. High 14.

    A weak low about 200 miles west of Estevan Point will begin to drift southwards this evening as a ridge of high pressure offshore builds northwards towards the Alaskan Panhandle.

    An Upper Trough Off The Coast Will Give Cool And Showery Weather For The Area Today And Tonight. The Flow Associated With A Developing Low Pressure System Over Canada And Us Border Will Produce Wet Conditions For Wednesday.

    A weak ridge of high pressure over the bc coast will strengthen across central Vancouver Island this afternoon then shift inland tonight. A low well to the southwest will deepen to 985 millibars As it tracks northwards just west of the region overnight. The cold front will cross the Charlottes overnight to lie in a north south line through Hecate strait and just west of Cape Scott by dawn Monday.

    A Ridge Of High Pressure Will Maintain Warm And Dry Conditions For Today. A Weak Front Will Bring Rain To The Area Overnight Through Monday.
