A Weak Frontal System Will Cross The Region Today Bringing Cloud And A Few Flurries. A Ridge Of High Pressure Will Redevelop Over The Area On Sunday.

A ridge of high pressure over the bc interior continues to weaken. A slowly moving pacific front crossing northern Vancouver Island this morning will cross the south coast today while weakening then a ridge will build along coastal waters this afternoon. A much stronger front will approach the Charlottes Sunday afternoon and Push the ridge onto the south coast

A Ridge Of High Pressure Will Begin To Build In This Evening Bringing Dry Conditions And Mainly Sunny Skies Through Tuesday. A 1010 millibar low 60 miles southwest of Cape Scott early this morning will weaken as it moves southeastward off the west coast of Vancouver Island today. A ridge of high pressure will build near the Queen Charlottes tonight.
