    A Weak Ridge Over The Region Will Give Sunny Periods Early This Morning. The Next Pacific Frontal System Will Approach Today Bringing Increasing Cloudiness Today And Snow Beginning This Evening And Continuing Into Sunday. A Ridge Will Begin To Build Offshore Sunday Night, With Snow Tapering To Scattered Flurries Over The South Coast Mountains.

    A 998 millibar low about 250 miles west of Cape Scott early this morning will deepen to 991 millibars as it moves across southern Hecate strait early this evening. A second low will approach from The west reaching the western Queen Charlottes overnight

    A Frontal System Moving Across The Bc Coast Will Continue To Produce Snow And Strong Winds Over The South Coast Mountains For The Remainder Of This Afternoon And Into The Evening. The Unsettled Airmass Behind The Front Will Continue To Give A Few Flurries Overnight. A Weak Ridge Of High Pressure Building Offshore Is Expected To Bring Dry Conditions And Sunny Periods By Tomorrow Afternoon.

    A frontal system will cross the British Columbia coast today and weaken as it moves inland. A ridge of high pressure will build over the offshore waters tonight.

    Over northern and central waters gale to storm force northwest winds will ease this morning.
